ABOUT
We are the Associazione Amici del Molino Scodellino APS, a group of volunteers driven by strong determination and passion to carry on the restoration and preservation of this ancient structure.
The Association, chaired by Rosanna Pasi, was founded on May 20, 2009, with the goal of safeguarding the Mulino Scodellino through a project of recovery and redevelopment.
The Mill is owned by the Municipality of Castel Bolognese.
The management of the building is governed by an Agreement signed on June 13, 2012.
DIGITAL AND VIRTUAL MUSEUM
Thanks to the PNRR project (Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan), in 2023 the Scodellino Mill was enhanced and made even more accessible. You can now take a digital tour of the Mill, entering every room and discovering the secrets of its turbine, its millstones, and the spaces of everyday life. You can also interact with the virtual guide (avatar), ask questions about the Mill’s history, and satisfy your curiosity. Finally, thanks to special headsets, you can become a virtual miller!
THE SCODELLINO MILL FLOUR
With an original taste, rich in flavor and intense in aroma, this flour is milled exclusively on stone at the Scodellino Mill, brought back into operation thanks to the collaboration with Mulino Naldoni.
